Greetings Dear Ones ...

As 2007 comes to a close, it is time to look forward to a new beginning.  Some of us make resolutions for change as the old year closes, some of us decide to simply improve our outlook, 'ascend' to the next level of emotional and spiritual  being-ness.  This brings to mind the process of 'ascension' and what it means to us individually and as a whole.

In short, Ascension is moving the physical body from the dark (negative) to the light (positive) place in the continuum by increasing our vibrational energies.  Everything we think, feel, say and do emits a vibration and these vibrations create our personal energetic field.   In order for us to 'ascend', we need to relinquish our grasp on low frequency energies.  We do this by releasing negative emotions, feelings, thoughts and deeds and replacing them with positivity.  Today's Positive Affirmation will help us to cleanse our vibrational energy field, thereby clearing the way for our own personal ascension toward light and love. By doing so, we also assist in raising the consciousness level of those around us and ultimately, our planet as a whole.

Positive Affirmations are to be repeated often and in sets of threes.

"I recognize that I am a physical body which resides within Spirit.  I trust my instincts and use my intuition every moment and know that every experience I have is a blessing to move me forward in my path.  Love is my guide, fear is my teacher, Light is my goal.  I embrace all experiences for the good of the whole."

Every step we take in life will bring us closer to permanent balance, joy, happiness and fulfillment if we look for the learning in each experience, no matter how the world perceives it.  What matters is how WE perceive it.  Change your perception and change your world!
