I don't know what type of phone your using, but if your are using a land line phone you might want to get an answering machine. When you get an answering machine, get the one with a tape, not a chip inside. When you customer call's you, let them know for security reasons you have to record the call for their safety as well as the company... meaning you. When you do this you will have some type of proof of the call for your own record.
