I'd like to suggest that Ether employ some type of chat capabilities, to suppliment the e-mail and phone system.  Like Kasamba, Ether could have either a downloadable client, or something as simple as a chat applet.
This would bring even more flexability and oportunity to the marketing system.

Yes, we agree -- we're evaluating chat clients and will likely integrate one next year into the Ether platform.
