Will there be a way to suggest a new catagory, during the listing creation process?  Some services have that option, if they do not see anything that closely relates to services.
I noticed there was not any type of Spirituality listing.  A lot of people may be selling psychic readings, which would fall under that or Entertainment.  Kasamba's directory seems pretty well spread, so I would suggest modeling your structure after theirs.
