please consider adding the following:

1. a way for ether users to direct a VOIP(sip) DID number direct to there extension. that way we could market directly in any country. we would just  aquire a DID number and that number would go straight to our extension. all that would be required is the ability to send calls to for example SIP:xxxxxxxx@ether.com where xxxxxxxx is our 8 digit extension instead of using the tollfree number or the widget.

2. also please give an option to have calls to extensions be conected directly to my destination number when answered without having to press any buttons. i would like to have call initially answered by an IVR system and posswible put on hold if i am busy. after the caller has gone thtough the IVR the call would than be transferred to me. but right now the caller does not get connected because of the requirement to accept the call by pressing '1' on my phone.
