Phone says "We're re-connecting you now" but caller is dropped.

    Phone says "We're re-connecting you now" but caller is dropped.

    Tech help....I keep getting cut off from my caller, instead of a pause to allow them to add more time.  The recording comes on and says "we're reconnecting you now" but the caller has to call back in.  This has happened with 2 callers this week.  I'm waiting for the current caller to call back for the 3rd time because Ether is having a problem in keeping them online to reconnect us.

    Dear Judith,

    I am relieved to see your post.  I have spoken to customer service twice.

    I was told it is a glitch in a new program and the techs are working on

    it and it should be resolved asap.  That was on Monday, June 5th.  It has

    not been resolved.  My regular clients are understanding....annoyed but

    nonetheless, understanding.  New clients are not so understanding.

    I do hope it can be completed at once, this is causing too many problems.

    Aside from that, I did not like the idea that I actually had to give my credit

    card to Ether nka AT & T so that I can send and receive emails from my

    clients.  Have been an Ether seller since October 7, 2006.  Never had a

    problem until it was sold to AT & T.

    Didn't mean to be so long winded....but 3 times just now with one caller

    who has a habit of doing two, sometimes three hour sessions and she

    adds money in increments .
