This is sort of a bug report, and a suggestion, because I thought I saw this option already.

If I currently charge $00 for X minutes, I would like to be able to modify the rate for the rest of the call per minute, instead of charging the same amout for the same alotment of time.
So, instead I would have $00 for X minutes, then 000 for each aditional minute, or each new alotment of time.

Interesting, thanks for the suggestion.  We'll work to make the pricing as flexible as possible.  There's a lot of complexity under the hood there, but we'll get there...
