    Call-Interrupt

    Hi gang, Mike here from rent2buy.

    It is my first suggestion that the Advisor who allows for the first 10-minutes of the call to be free should have an option in our CMA that gives us the ability to choose whether we want to have the call automatically interrupted at the 10-minute mark by the system, or if we wish to do so manually - personally, I prefer the system do it so I do not have to focus on time but rather my caller and giving them my best > and if you spend any amount of time on the phone with a blabber, you know that is very difficult to interject their speak to get a word in edgewise and so this would be a functional and integral feature of the system.

    I will continue to provide feedback as I learn more of the system.

    I would also like to say thank you to the Ether team for giving us such a terrific product and system to work with and look forward to utilizing the system for much time to come - thank you to everyone for all of your hard work and dedication to the Ether system and commuity - I appreciate it very much.

    Instead of inturruption, perhaps there should be some kind of tone every five or ten minutes.  That could be helpful in keeping track of the time, without being intrusive; and works for any of the call set-ups.

    I love this idea! I mentioned it in another thread but I like the 'tone' idea.

    IDEALLY: the advisor should be able to hit a button (lets say #) and enter like 5 then an option about to interupt or just 'tone' or remind the advisor to hit * if theyre ready
