I'd like to see the ability to have a unique schedule for each listing. That way each listing could be available at different hours.

It's a tough one -- we thought a lot about this, and while it would give you a great deal of granular control, many users would set their schedule in one place and then be surprised that it hadn't changed in another.  Interesting suggestion, though -- thanks...
