I really like the feature allowing the call to start for free.  I believe it will help generate business.

However, I offer psychic readings and spiritual advise.  Through the years, I've learned that in the psychic industry you will get A LOT of people calling who want a free reading.  That's okay--I don't mind doing free readings from time to time, to reward repeat customers and also to just give generously to those in need.  What I do mind is people who constantly call for free readings, with no intention of ever paying for my time, abilities, and expertise.

Can you please make it so that only people with a valid credit card on file can call?  This way I would know when an Ether call comes through, the person at the other line has the ability to pay for a call, even if it's short.  It would cut out the people who just don't ever intend to pay--some don't even have a credit card.  Then I could give free readings whenever I feel guided to, but I would have the security of knowing I could convert the customer into a paying customer.

In the future, when/if PayPal is added as a payment option, the customer could add their PayPal info on the Ether website and then select they "fund source" on the phone (either credit card or PayPal).  I was just very surprised when my first caller told me she did not have to add a credit card until after I pressed * to start the paid portion of the call.
