A client made a 5:00 appointment. I accepted the appointment. At 5:00 the phone did not ring. Still waiting at 5:15 I went into the system and tried to cancel it. I got the message "Oops, you can not cancel a call that is about to begin."
It is now 8:25 p.m., the appointment call is still showing in the system, and can not be cancelled, with the note that it's about to begin.
Any clues as to what is happening with this?
