It would be nice to have the ability to have a master account with sub-accounts under it.That would let us have access to billing and main account info, and allow us  to let  consultants working under us have limited access to  things we choose, like customer call back info. This would give us the ability to have a  a small call center.

Thanks for this feedback.  We'll be exploring functionality like this next year.  It's pretty difficult stuff architecturally, but we're hearing that people want to build their own call centers upon Ether.

Hello! Is there any motion on this? This will simply explode business for Ether (and me as well!). The ability to have multible identities and phone numbers under a single account would allow us to offer affiliate status to our contractors - more exposure and cost effective advertising. Add to this a group specific "hunt" if an operator is busy and you have a pretty cool package. Please Hurry!
