Some suggestions that may be helpful....do you have a website?
If not, you should have one. Then, exchange links with others in
the same field. Advertise on your site The First Five Minutes Are
Free. A word of caution tho, with Ether you need to keep track of
those five minutes and press the * key on your phone which will prompt
the client to either add money or end the call.
Put a testimonial link on your website and ask your clients to leave a
comment.
You more than likely will still need to advertise in either newspapers
or online. Get your URL added to the search engines as often as
you can.
