I'm having big problems with Ether today - I took a call successfully yesterday but today my buyers are getting errors.  Is this a site wide problem, or account specific?  Can someone check this out?

It seems to be account-specific since calls in general are working.  We just successfully tested calling a UK seller to make sure it wasn't an international problem.

We're seeing the instances where your buyers failed, though, and it seems to be a telco carrier issue. Not on our end, but sorry about that anyway.  We're checking out with them exactly what happened in those instances to ensure it doesn't happen again.

I'll also try calling you through Ether tomorrow if you're available (it's a bit late for you tonight).

Ah, I live on US time these days anyway.  Feel free to call me in the next half hour if you like - I'd rather get it sorted so I can start taking calls again tomorrow.

Maybe you could also look into my account history and check where the problems were (it seems to have alternated between a "buyer problem" and a "seller problem").  Anyway, thanks for the prompt response - I hope we can get this working, because I'm a big fan of the product.
