Call RequestsArrange a call
When someone wants to talk to you and you're busy or unavailable, they can arrange a call with you, by requesting a Callback or an Appointment. In the Call Requests section, you can see who's waiting for your response and take action to follow up with them.
If your availability status is Taking Calls or Arrange Calls via Email, people can request a call back from you within a time period they choose. If you don't become available in the time the customer specifies, we simply won't call them.
You can see any call requests on the My Ether page or Call Request page. The info you'll see about each person is their position in line, the time by which you should call back, member name, the listing they're referring to and your rate. To start calling them back, simply click on the Take Calls button. You can also click on a member name to send them an email.
You can also check for call requests via 1-888-MY-ETHER. Press 9 to sign in and press 1 to start calling people back.
Appointments make sure that you and your customer get to talk at a time and date that's good for both of you. Under My Ether tab, click the Availability Details link and click the Edit button to select whether or not you want to offer Appointments via Ether. You can set your Appointment preferences for each status.
