ReviewsReviews Indicate Your Level of Satisfaction
Reviews tell other customers how satisfied you were with the services that were purchased. When other potential buyers see that other customers have a high level of satisfaction with a particular service, it gives them more confidence to buy. The inverse applies as well: negative reviews gives them less confidence to purchase. In all scenarios, your reviews give valuable insight into what other potential customers might expect when purchasing from a particular listing which why it is important to leave informative and accurate reviews after your purchases.
After your paid transaction, you'll be asked to review your experience by using either your touch-tone keypad or the web (depending on where you end the transaction) to rate your satisfaction between one and five stars (5 stars being the highest and very satisfied) if reviews are enabled for that listing.
After you've left a star rating as part of your review you're encouraged to leave written comments about your experience as well. Qualifying your star rating with written comments will help other customers in deciding whether or not to purchase from that listing. Please use caution and good judgment when leaving written comments. What you write can be read by other customers, and you cannot go back and edit your remarks - they become a permanent part of that listing's performance history.
Good to Know
The stars displayed next to a listing are the average ratings a particular listing has received. The numbers below the star average indicate how many times a listing has been reviewed. Customers may only review up to 3 paid transactions (calls or mails) of $2.00 or more per day with any given Seller. Reviews and written comments must be completed within 90 days of the transaction. Your written comments will be visible for 18 months.
