I have been helping individuals and families for over 25 years. I specialize in relationship issues in all life styles.
My work also includes help for those with depression, anxiety, recent divorce and breakups, fears, grief, social shyness, and many other issues including sexual problems. I also work with gender issues. Any issue or topic can be discussed.
Many of the individuals I've worked with have come in and out for many years when they are in emotional pain, and we work together periodically to decide what would be best for them to do, to go forward with more peace and security and joy in their lives. Others may come for just a session or two, and they are back on the road to finding what they want in life.
I have managed and supervised three mental health clinics, worked in psychiatric hospitals as a program director, and have been involved in county mental health programs. I have 28 years of experience with all types of individual and family issues and concerns.
