Access to your money and account
The Account Info section gives you quick access to all aspects of your account related to billing, account access and payment. It's broken down into two main parts: Personal Info and Financial Info.

Personal info
Your personal information includes your member name, email address, password to sign in to the website, Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access your account through 1-888-MY-ETHER. All of this info is kept private and is never revealed to other members. Your can also edit your preferences such as subscribing to news and special offers from the Ether team and setting your time zone.

Financial info
You can add money to your account using your credit or debit card, update the information for a credit or debit card already in your account, and set your default card.

Ether uses safe technology: Your credit card information is secured by a VeriSign SSL (secure socket layer) Certificate. SSL is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
  • Add Money. To add money to your Ether account, click Add Money, enter the amount you'd like to add and select the credit card (on file or you can add a new one) you want to use.

  • Add New Credit Card or Debit Card. To add a new credit card or debit card, enter the new card's cardholder name, specify the card type, and enter the card number, expiration date, card verification number and billing address.

  • Edit Credit Card Info. To edit credit card information, remove a credit card, or set your default credit card, click on Edit Credit Card Info. Then, designate the card you wish to edit and select the desired action.
