Activity History
A business summary at your fingertips
The Activity History section summarizes and provides details on all your individual calls, transactions and time sold.
The Overview page gives you a bird's eye view of:
- Total calls you've taken and the most recent call
-
Your earnings from calls and emails (once the Ether 15% commission has been subtracted from the total amount spent), and
the last payment you received
- Total minutes sold and unused (and when the next set of unused minutes expires), and
-
The most recent activity which will include the earnings from calls. Note: calls that don't use the full amount of time
sold will earn the balance when the unused minutes expire (see Time Sold)
Drilling down
You can review itemized breakdowns of your activity, calls, transactions and time sold and sort in multiple ways. Your earnings
will show:
-
Activity. Activity spans all calls, transactions, paid mails and time sold. You can view activity by each
listing you have or a summary of all your
listings, as well as by month or a specific date range.
Once that's selected, you can sort the results by date, listing title and amount. You can display 10
to 50 items on the page.
-
Calls. You can view calls you've received and made by each listing
you have or a summary of all your listings, as well
as by month or a specific date range. Once that's selected, you can sort by call date/time,
listing called,
customer, duration, call result or earnings. You can display
10
to 50 items on the page.
-
Transactions.
Transactions cover all the financial
interactions with Ether. This includes money you've earned, spent or had paid out to
you - view this information by each listing or see a summary
of all your listings, as well as by month or a specific date
range. You can also filter Transactions
by Transaction Type, which includes Service Sold, Mail Sold, Money to use on website, Payments to you, or a summary of all transaction types. Once the criteria are
selected, you may sort the results by date, transaction ID, transaction type, listing and amount. You can display 10 to
50 items on the page.
-
Time Sold. Time Sold represents the minutes, hours, or other bits of time that you have sold to your customers. You can
view time you've sold by each listing you have or a summary of all your listings, as well as by month or a specific
date range. Once that's selected, you can sort the results by date/time, listing, number of minutes sold, minutes used,
minutes left, when those unused minutes expire and earnings. You can display 10 to 50 items on the page.
In some cases, all minutes will not have been used and this section shows you the unused portion of minutes and their
expiration. You are paid the balance of the purchase price of the Time Sold for any unused minutes when the minutes
expire (48 hours after the call begins).
